Are my documents uploaded to a server?
No. Analysis and repair run locally on your Windows computer.
Does the program overwrite the original file?
No. A separate repaired file is created, so the original remains unchanged.
Can it repair every corrupted document?
No repair utility can guarantee recovery of every damaged file. The application repairs supported OOXML structural issues and reports problems it cannot safely repair.
How does licensing work?
One paid license is activated for one computer and contains the licensed user details.
Which formats are supported?
Excel: XLSX, XLSM, XLTX, XLTM. Word: DOCX, DOCM, DOTX, DOTM.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. Billing details can be provided when purchasing a license and a VAT invoice can be issued.
How is the installer delivered?
After purchase, the installer can be supplied through an individual one-time download link with a defined expiration period.
